Moneypenny, a global leader of call answering, live chat and bespoke Intake services with offices in Atlanta and the UK, has appointed a new Head of People, Jade Alexander-Esteves. Jade joins with a wealth of global experience in human resources and change management from her years at GFL Environmental Inc and InComm Payments.
She has considerable expertise in leading the people agenda and is passionate about being part of a local and global diverse team, full of talent. Her role at Moneypenny will include people communication, recruitment and retention, training and ensuring the continuation of the happy and award-winning awesome culture that Moneypenny has become synonymous with since its foundation in 2020.
