2000
Based above Schwarz Opticians in Wrexham, we hire our very first PA, Lynn, to take calls for local clients.
2008
We receive the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise, recognising excellence and innovation.
2014
We branch out to the US, opening our first office in Charleston, South Carolina.
2016
Designed entirely around our team, we move into our state-of-the-art HQ in Wrexham, UK.
2020
Here in the US, we’re delighted to welcome VoiceNation and Ninja Number to the Group.
2021
We bring the whole US team under one roof in our unique office in Atlanta, Georgia.
2022
The Group continues to grow as Alphapage joins our family of brands.
2023
It’s official. Our own team vote us as a Great Place to Work (we’re still not over this).
2024
The Group continues to grow as Sunshine joins our family of brands.
